• Product manager for the foundation area
• In charge of the foundation elements of the existing/new products
• Define foundations solutions (to be used in our new products) in the following areas:
• Operability and usability
• Integration and business process management solutions
• Upgrade tools and methods
• On-going system management, configuration and Performance
• Security
• Collect, prioritize and internally communicate foundation  requirements,
• Understand market trends and customers needs that influence foundation solutions
• Work with the design and development teams in order to implement and use unified foundation solutions
• Build a roadmap for our foundation solutions
• Communicate with analysts and technology expert on current and future foundation solutions

• Over 6 years experience as foundation product manager in software companies
• Excellent knowledge on Microsoft architecture and development environment (C-Sharp, WPF, Silverligth,…)
• Previous experience in SW development and Architecture roles
• Good verbal, reading and writing skills in English.
• Good internal personal communication skills
• Independent and capable to lead his own domain
• Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Must have high level of self-training ability
• Proactive and creative

• Degree in Computer Science
• MBA – advantage.
• Solid background in product management domain in software market

• Ability to travel abroad
• Experience with ORACLE DB - advantage

• Participate in strategic product planning, quarterly and monthly product plan formulation.
• Responsible for quarterly and monthly product plan successful execution.
• Responsible for operational product plan including weekly prioritization based on changing business landscape.
• Drive product innovation via creative ideation, collaboration with product marketing, research, and other internal groups.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product management lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple parallel product efforts from both a high-level and detailed oriented perspectives.
• Ability to “see the big picture” from a business perspective while drilling into very technical details at times.
• Solid understanding of the most recent trends around online advertising and content.
• Must be able to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people – both internal and external.
• Solid analytical skills; ability to interpret numbers in to meaningful conclusions and/or recommendations.
